Well, we are about halfway through our Eastern Canada tour. Between playing shows and reconnecting with friends along the way, we have had little time to give updates!
This is my first tour with Jamie Loughead from Old Barns, NS. And what an amazing band mate, tour partner and friend! Everyone who has heard Jamie's bass playing and harmony vocals are raving!
Our shows in New Brunswick were so wonderful, we made new friends in Sackville and reconnected in Fredericton with our wonderful community there. Thank you so much for hosting us and for your support! Montreal always makes me so happy, I love to play at L'Absynthe on St. Denis! We celebrated Jamie's 30th birthday after that! Too much fun!
Just to add to the festivities, our dear friends in Bowmanville made him chocolate cake for breakfast after we played at the lovely and delicious Bistro 238 in Courtice, ON.
Freetimes Cafe in Toronto is one of may favorite places, and much love to the Wonderful people who came out to be part of the show there! It is good to be back in this city where I have learned so much!
So Kingston is our next stop on wednesday, and we are so looking forward to it. I haven't played in the area since playing at Blue Skies with Kamila some years ago now... It is a town dear to my heart!
